Update List Separator for CSV file

Why my CSV file all lump in one column?

Window > Control Panel > Region & Language > Additional settings > List Separator change to comma (‘)

If problem still not solved, try open an Excel file, go to File > Options > Advanced > Under Editing Options > Tick Use System separators > Decimal Separator put as dot (.) > Thousands Separator put as comma (,)
