Unfulfillment Shipping (Barcode)

Sales Invoice and Delivery Order that failed to deliver to customer, and Sales Return that failed to collect from customer, now can scan at Unfulfillment Shipping to remove transport/driver/delivery man assigned. And arrange to do Assign Transport again.

Start scanning the sales invoice, sales return and delivery order barcode.

Continue to scan the sales invoice, delivery order and sales return until finish.

If the scanner unable to scan the document, you may manually type to search the document number and click Enter.

Once done, click Complete.

A message “ the documents are set to unfulfilled: xxx”.
