Return Receiving

Return Receiving is an optional step, confirm the Sales Return (status WIP) to generate Return Receiving and stock will be added back to selected location.

Select the Division.

All Sales Return in Status WIP will appear in Receiving From Sales Return section.

Tick the Sales Return that want to generate Return Receiving.
Then, click Transfer selected line(s).

Message “Return received (s) generated”.
Scroll down to bottom Return Receiveds section.

Return Received at status Draft.

Tick the Return Received that want to confirm as status WIP.
Click Confirm selected line(s)

Message “Return receiving(s) confirmed.”
