Import Customers

A part of setting up the system, user need to create customer details. Import Customer function is another method for user to create customer and save time. User can import customer details which stored in an Excel Spreadsheet, import directly into system.  

1.    User can download the template from system and fill up the customer details using this template.

2.    To download the import template, please go to Customers > Setup > Import Customer V2:

3.    Select Division.

4.    Click Download button.

5.    Make sure the date and time has been updated to current date and time.

6.    Click this link to download template in excel format.

8.    Here is some explanation on the column/details required in template:

9.    After done fill up the customer details at this template. User need to upload the customer details with this template into system.

10.    To upload the template, user need to go to:

11.    Click to select division.

12.    Click to choose file where the import customer template saved.

13.    Click Upload button to upload file.

14.    Click Import button to import file into system.

15.    System will show message in green colour for the customer details uploaded successfully into system.

16.    Done.
