There are 2 connection types in mobile app. The default setting is 3G.

There are few sync types in mobile app.

a. Full Sync (default setting, ideal option) : DOWNLOAD from & UPLOAD to server
b. Sync Item Images : Download item images only
c. Sync Customer : Download customers only
d. Sync Item : Download items only
e. Sync Promotion : Download promotion only
f. Sync Aging : Download customer aging only

3. How to send/upload database using WhatsApp?



Click > Click “WhatsApp” icon > Select Contact that you want to send to.


4. How and when to update Mobile App Version?



a. Q : When to update Mobile App Version?
A : When you see “A new version of Efichain Mobile is available”.

b. Q : How to update Mobile App Version?
A : Click “Update Now” > Click “Install” > Click “Open” > Turn on “Allow app installs” > Click “Allow” > DONE
